Open Access Policy

The Journal of Managerial Education Studies (JoMes) is an open access journal, providing immediate and free access to all published articles. This policy is intended to promote the global exchange of knowledge and ensure that research findings are accessible to scholars, educators, practitioners, and the public without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

1. Open Access Model

All articles published in JoMes are available online immediately upon publication and can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked without restriction, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

2. Licensing

JoMes applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, unless otherwise stated. This license permits others to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.

3. Author Rights

Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant JoMes the right of first publication. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms with proper citation to the journal.

4. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

JoMes is committed to supporting equitable access to publication. Any information regarding Article Processing Charges (APCs), including waivers or exemptions, will be clearly stated on the journal’s official website. There are no hidden fees at any stage of the publication process.

5. Ethical Use of Open Access Content

Users of JoMes content must ensure that the original authors and the journal are properly cited in any reuse or distribution of published materials. Misuse or misrepresentation of open access content is considered a violation of publication ethics.
