<p>Marriage is a physical and mental bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on the Supreme Lordship. However, this pandemic is a quite difficult period for all humans in the world, many things have been affected by this pandemic; not only in the education sector and the health sector. This pandemic also has an impact on the field of marriage, especially in the implementation of marriage, which causes different obligations during normal times. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Meanwhile, the problem approach uses an empirical juridical approach. Empirical research is legal research regarding the application of normative law in action on any particular legal event that occurs in society. This journal focuses on how marriage is carried out in the midst of a pandemic. In the implementation of the marriage contract in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, there is a marriage service that is followed by all parties who carry out and follow the marriage contract procession to comply with the health protocol issued by BIMAS Islam. Marriage registration services at the sub-district Religious Affairs Office (KUA) are carried out every working day, registration can be done online, direct registration and implementation of marriage contracts are carried out with health prevention protocols. The procession of the marriage contract, which is the most important part of the stage of the marriage, is regulated, the marriage contract that is done at the home or office of the KUA can only be attended by a maximum of 10 people. Meanwhile, the participants of the marriage ceremony procession carried out in the mosque or meeting hall are attended by as much as 20% of the room capacity and no more than 30 people. The KUA is also obliged to regulate the time, place of implementation, the officer and the bride and groom so that the health protocol runs according to the regulations. Coordination and cooperation with security forces is also carried out if it is found that the implementation of the health protocol does not apply, then the officer or leader has the right to refuse the implementation of the marriage contract.</p>Sinta Uswatun Hasanah

2020-10-222020-10-2211Procedure of Prospective Bridal Course at The Office of Religious Affairs Cigombong Bogor

<p>This paper examines the implementation of a bride and groom course at KUA, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency. The research in this paper uses descriptive qualitative (field research) methods. The approaches used in this paper are the theological (syari'ah), formal juridical, and sociological approaches. Sources of data obtained are from officials and extension agents at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the conclusion of the data obtained from the research during the observation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the bride and groom course at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, is far from the rules that should have been carried out at least 16 hours of lessons. And the realization of the implementation of suscatin at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, only ranges from 2-3 hours of lessons. However, although only around 2-3 hours, the materials from the suscatin can be compressed by the officer and can be conveyed to all participants and the essence of the suscatin can be achieved. The guidance given to the bride and groom is the basis of the goal of building a lasting, happy, and harmonious family.</p>Adam Maulana Ibrahim

<p>In ancient times, marriage was a symbol of trust in the relationship of the bride and groom in which they were directly bound by the law of marriage because they had carried out the marriage. Marriage is a sacred promise that binds the bride and groom with a contract and the performance is carried out in front of witnesses who pay close attention to the incident directly. <p>Waqf is an economic activity where the person who has waqf (wakif) gives his assets to the person who manages the waqf (nadzir), then the assets cannot be taken back by the wakif because the waqf is eternal. The existence of this pandemis resulted in an economic crisis occurring, but the level of people with waqf in KUA Leuwigoong increased significantly and the community had a high interest in waqf. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons for the community ti endow waqf during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method, namely by looking at data, data collection tchniques include interviews, literature study, and data analysis. The conclusions and results obtained in this study compare that the increase in the number of people with waqf from yhe previous year with the year of the Covid-19 pandemic. <p>SIMKAH is a government policy that began to be implemented simultaneously in KUA throughout Indonesia in 2018, in order to assist and facilitate the performance of KUA employees in presenting data. Another purpose of SIMKAH is as an Information Technology-based marriage registration system. As we know, before the implementation of the SIMKAH application program, marriage registration at KUA was still done manually. As for the formulation of the problem that the researcher examines, namely how the application of the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH in the administration of marriage registration services at the KUA where the researcher conducts research, as well as the effectiveness or not of the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH at the KUA where the researcher conducts research. The purpose of this researcher is to determine the application and effectiveness of the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH at the KUA in the registration of marriage services at the KUA where the researcher is conducting research. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an empirical juridical problem approach. Empirical juridical research is legal research regarding the application of normative law in action on any particular legal event that occurs in society.
